HELLO BEAUTIFUL BRIDE-TO-BE
My creative journey is one from the heart, inspired by love, guided by intuition, and fuelled by a deep passion for creating beauty with intention.
One of my earliest memories of this craft is watching a hairdresser give my mother a classic ’90s perm in the Netherlands. I was eight, completely fascinated, and asked if I could try it next time. To my surprise, she said yes. A year later, on our first trip back to Syria after fleeing the country, my mother proudly told our family that I had styled her curls. Their astonishment at how young I was planted the very first seed of my love for beauty.
Though I initially studied law to honour the hopes of my immigrant parents, my creative calling never faded. After graduating, I moved to London to study makeup and soon found myself assisting backstage at London Fashion Week. That experience led me to Charlotte Tilbury, where eight years immersed in fashion shows for houses such as Versace and Zuhair Murad, alongside red carpet events and international editorial work, shaped my eye for detail, discipline, and refinement. I later became National Trainer for the Netherlands, mentoring artists and representing the brand on a national stage. Those years formed not only my technique, but my understanding of artistry as a craft.
In 2021, everything changed when I developed long COVID. Forced to slow down, I gained clarity: bridal is where my heart truly lies. It is where artistry meets connection, and often where lasting relationships begin. Today, I create timeless, elevated bridal work with warmth, precision, and care, supporting women on one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
For me, every bride deserves her own red carpet moment, walking down the aisle with confidence, knowing she is the most radiant version of herself. That is the standard I hold for every bride I work with.
